Hello,

I use default 1.8.9 BrainCMS and I've had multiple reports of users not being able to register.

The issue:
From what I've heard, the issue is that the user registers as normal and are redirected to the /me page, but nothing works and when they sign out their account doesn't exist.

Does anyone know why they can register? I want to fix it asap as I have to currently register their accounts manually.

Note: I did change the IP Limit to 1, but I don't think that would have this kind of effect on the registration.

Hi @Brandon,

I've tooked to your issue. i registerd a new user, logged out, and after i logged back in and it works.
And i'm reommend that you change the IP limit to 3, so multiple users on the same adress can play Magic.

Can u show your logs or something that we can see what's going wrong?

Note: not all users are having this problem. Just a few users have had it so far, but it's still an issue because most people won't stick around to report it. I've had 3 or more reports so far.

The problem, for my opinion, is that the function of the registration of file register.js not exists in BrainCMS 1.8.9

Not sure if this is the fix, but somebody told me to remove the motto from the registration page, so we'll see what happens!

I also removed the referral option (it didn't work properly)
